KARACHI: Transfers, postings

KARACHI, June 10: The government of Sindh has, with immediate effect, ordered the transfer and posting of officers of police and other departments.

Javed Iqbal, an officer of the Police Service of Pakistan (BPS-20), Deputy Inspector-General Police (Investigation) Sindh, is allowed to hold additional charge of the post of Deputy Inspector- General Police (Special Branch), Sindh, Karachi, during the leave period of Rahoo Khan Brohi.

Capt Salman Syed Mahmood (retd, an officer of the Police Service of Pakistan, is relieved and instructed to report to the Intelligence Bureau of Pakistan for further orders.

Abdul Sattar Jatoo, District Officer (Revenue), Tharparkar, is transferred and posted Administrator Auqaf, Hyderabad, against an existing vacancy. — APP
