KARACHI: Violation of rights in Valley slammed

KARACHI, June 10: The Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), Minority Wing, staged a demonstration to protest against violation of human rights in occupied Kashmir in front of Karachi Press Club on Monday.

Speaking on the occasion, the President of PAT Minority Wing, Javed Naar, said that grave violation of human rights in occupied Kashmir by the occupation forces had exposed the Indian government’s tall claims of democracy.

He said that the international community should take notice of the violation of human rights in Kashmir as well in Gujarat where scores of Muslims had been killed in communal violence.

The PAT leader condemned the unprovocative Indian shelling on the Pakistani villages along the Line of Control.

The Organizer of the PAT Minority Wing, Karachi, Jogendar Singh, said that minorities in Sindh were fully supporting Pakistan Army at this critical period.

General Secretary of Minority Wing, Mariam Pervez also spoke on the occasion. —APP
