SUKKUR, June 6: Judicial Magistrate, Rohri, Iqbal Ahmed recovered an army personnel, Mohammed Ashraf, son of Abdul Majeed, from the Jhangro police station lockup on Wednesday and ordered the SHO to produce him in the Sessions Court, Sukkur, on Thursday.

The Sessions Judge, Sukkur, ordered the judicial magistrate Rohri to conduct a raid at the Jhangro police station for recovering a man, Abdul Hakim Soomro, who was arrested by the police a one week ago without registering an FIR.

On Wednesday morning when the Judicial Magistrate raided the Jhangro police station, Abdul Hakim Soomro, was not at the police station but the judicial magistrate recovered a constable of the FWO, Mohammed Ashraf, from the lockup who recorded his statements before the magistrate that he has remained behind bars since a week.

The SHO concerned informed the magistrate that he was arrested on the order of the Captain of Engineering Core Unit No9 vide his letter No31402.

The magistrate ordered the SHO concerned to produce him before the Sessions Court on Thursday.
