Solar eclipse on 11th, not to be visible in Pakistan


ISLAMABAD, June 5: There will be a solar eclipse on June 11 (Tuesday), but it will not be visible in the country, said the Meteorological Department here on Wednesday.

A partial eclipse will begin at 0252 hours (PST) and will end at 0837 hours (PST), and could be seen in East Asia, Indonesian Island, most of North Africa and northern Australia. The eclipse will also be visible from the Pacific Ocean.—APP
