KARACHI, June 5: Two young boys were drowned in a water reservoir behind Civic Centre, Gulshan-i-Iqbal, on Wednesday.

Police said the two boys were playing near the water reservoir. Habib, 4, fell into the reservoir and his elder brother, Usman, 8, in a bid to rescue him dived into the tank and drowned.

Body of Habib was fished out, while efforts to recover Usman’s body were under way.

Four cars were hijacked and ten were stolen, while three motorcycles were hijacked and eight were stolen.

KILLED: A estate agent was shot dead and his employee was injured by two unknown men in DHA area on Tuesday.

Police said that two unknown motorcyclists came to the Shahbaz Estate Agency in DHA and asked for a bungalow on rent.
