KARACHI: New IBA chief takes charge

KARACHI, June 2: A ten-year plan will be chalked out for the improvement of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi.

This was stated by Mr Danishmand, the new director of the IBA, while talking to APP after taking charge of his new assignment on Saturday.

He said the ten-year plan would also be aimed at bringing about improvements in the courses being offered at the IBA.

Before taking over as IBA chief, Danishmand served as chairman and chief executive of the Suzuki Motorcycles Pakistan, which he had joined in February 1992. Earlier, he was the chief executive of Atlas Honda Pakistan.

Danishmand had also taught at the IBA from 1962 to 1963 and again from 1971 to 1976.—APP
