KARACHI, June 1: The bullet-riddled body of a seven-year-old boy was found in a desolate place in Korangi.

Police said the body was found in the bushes near the office of union council-7. The area was deserted and the boy, it seemed, was kidnapped and dumped in the bushes. The police shifted the body to a hospital for autopsy where it remained unidentified.

ACCIDENT: A passenger was killed and nine others injured when a minibus they were travelling in overturned at Purani Numaish Chowrangi on Saturday.

Police said a speeding minibus of route W-11, (JE-6672) took a sharp turn at Purani Numaish Chowrangi and overturned. As a result a passenger died on the spot. His identity remained unknown. Nine others were injured.
