PESHAWAR, May 21: Students of the History Department have formed a ‘History Students Society’ to promote research and history-related activities in the province.
The Vice-Chancellor of University of Peshawar, Prof Zulfiqar Hussain Gilani, administered the oath to the office-bearers at the History Department Hall on Monday.
Society president Qaiser Khattak said the society had been established with the prime objective of promoting historical research within the province, including its adjoining tribal areas.
