PALPA flying high

KARACHI, April 11: Pakistan Airline Pilots’ Association (PALPA) are flying high in the Hua Hin Sixes cricket tournament in Bangkok when they overwhelmed former champions Almar of South Africa and Cluden CC, according to reports reaching here.

Almar batting first scored 60 for one wicket. PALPA were in some trouble early on but Faisal Qureishi smashed two sixes in the third over to ensure victory.

Against Cluden tight bowling by PALPA restricted their rivals to 35 for two.

PALPA reached the target in just three overs.
