Discrepancies in NICs alleged
SKARDU, March 5: The people have criticized the Nadra authorities for declaring the Northern Areas people as “refugees of Jammu and Kashmir” in the computerized national identity cards.
The cards received by people in Baltistan have written on them: “The bearer of this card is a refugee of the State of Jammu and Kashmir.”— Correspondent
