Snowfall in Abbottabad

ABBOTTABAD, Feb 22: Thandiyani, Nathiagali, Ayubia, Mira Jani and surrounding hilly areas of Abbottabad have received another chunk of snowfall resulting in chilly weather here.

According to reports reaching from the upper belt of Abbottabad District, six inches to one feet snow has been witnessed in different parts of Galyat while continuous rain in Abbottabad city forced the citizens to stick in their homes till evening when a little break in the rainfall on Friday enabled the people to purchase sacrificial animals for Eidul Azha.
