Electricity wire stolen
SHEIKHUPURA, Feb 19: Thieves took away electricity wire, worth thousands of rupees, from a model farm near Manawala on Tuesday.
Thieves broke into Daud Model farm, cut the 11-KV wire and took it away in a truck.
TWO ARRESTED: Factory Area police claim to have arrested three people and recovered hashish and liquor from them on Tuesday.
Police said they raided the outhouse of Nawaz in Chak 34, GT Road, and seized one kilogramme hashish from his possession.
Police also recovered 50 bottles of liquor in Faizpura village and arrested Billa alias Bhola Changer and Allah Rakha.
