Aibak Cup polo

LAHORE, Feb 18: Two matches were decided on the first day of the Aibak Cup polo tournament at the Lahore Polo Club Monday.

Four goals by Toto Collardin and two by Haseeb Minhas enabled KFC Remounts to beat Nee Punhal 7-5. The remaining goal was scored by Omar Minhas.

The losers, having two goals on the handicap, scored three goals in the match through Shah Shamyl Alam (2) and his elder brother Qubilai (1).

In the other match, Remounts thrashed Powersoft-19 9-4 with Sufi Aamir scoring three goals.

The losers with a handicap of four goals could not score at all.

Sufi Amir scored all three goals on field attempts.

The other scorers were Gerardo Mazzani, Ahmad Khan and Khurshid who scored two goals each.
