KARACHI: Nawab Yameen passes away

KARACHI, Feb 13: Nawab Yameen Khan, a worker of the Pakistan Movement and veteran leader of Pakistan Muslim League, died here on Wednesday. He was 76.

His funeral prayers will be offered at Masjid-i-Sultan, Defence Phase V, after Zuhar on Thursday and he will be buried in the Defence graveyard.

Soyem will be held on Friday between Asr and Maghrib at his residence: 46, 21 street, Khayaban-i-Mujahid, Phase V.

He has left behind the widow, a son and four daughters.

Nawab Yameen Khan, who was a former member of National Assembly, throughout his life remained a committed Muslim Leaguer.

Capt Halim Siddiqui of PML (Q) and Bostan Ali Hoti of PML (F) have condoled his death.
