Kutcha abadi dwellers for waiver of NoC
TOBA TEK SINGH, Feb 4: Federation of Kutcha Abadis Punjab president Haji Zafar Iqbal Jatala has demanded of the president and the governor to withdraw the condition of obtaining an NOC from departments concerned before issuing proprietary rights to the dwellers of kutcha abadis.
Addressing a press conference he said the government had announced that dwellers of abadis established before March 23, 1985, would be given the rights but the departments were creating hurdles.—Correspondent
