KARACHI, Jan 30: Additional chief secretary, Planning and Development Department, Sindh, Shahzado Shaikh, presided over a meeting here on Wednesday to formulate a strategy to promote self-reliance in the community for poverty alleviation.
The meeting decided to establish Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) to be run by volunteers. It was also decided to provide technical assistance to all such organizations throughout the country to enable them formulate development projects.— PPI
