The cabinet decided the reorganisation of tapedar training college and to make it functional so that tapedars could be provided appropriate training.

It was also decided to bring the college curriculum in conformity with modern needs and include the subjects of English, mathematics, accounting, survey and map reading, revenue laws and computer.

The governor called for introducing computerisation at every level and to make crop inspections public-friendly.

It was decided to start the work from Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur and Larkana as pilot project and implement it subsequently throughout the province.

The meeting was informed that at one farm around Rs 850,000 are being spent in a year for recovery of Rs 600,000 while at another farm Rs 200,000 are being recovered by spending Rs 160,000.
