KARACHI, Jan 17: The Sindh law department has notified that on the recommendations of the High Court of Sindh, the posts of Civil Judge (BS-17) and the Judicial Magistrate (BS-17) have been merged into one post and designated as Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate (BS-17).
The notification further informed that consequent upon the merger, the Judicial Officers (BS-17) appointed as Civil Judge and as Judicial Magistrate stand re-designated as Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate with their respective seniority under the rules.—PPI
