Army faces Navy for title

KARACHI, Jan 12: Pakistan Army will face holders Pakistan Navy in the title clash of Inter- Services football championship at Naval Sports Complex Ground Karsaz, Sunday at 2.00 pm.

On Saturday Army defeated Pakistan Air Force (PAF) by a solitary goal. Striker Ghulam Ali slammed the decider in 35th minutes.

Airmen earned a golden opportunity to draw level but spot-kick taken by Tahir Ahmed was saved by Army goalkeeper Falak Sher in 53rd minute of the match.

PAF secured third and last position in the three-team double league contest.—APP
