Husband comes to ‘cheating’ wife’s rescue

By Our Correspondent

MIANWALI, Jan 8: An ‘obedient’ husband stormed into a female examination hall and hurled abuses at the centre in-charge after his wife was ejected for cheating.

Appearing in the BA/BSc Pakistan Studies paper, being conducted by the Allama Iqbal Open University at the local elementary college hall, the candidate (roll No J4695811) was found cheating by the superintendent.

The girl reportedly resisted the superintendent’s bid to seize her answersheet and scuffled with her during the process.

Minutes after her ejection from the hall, the girl returned with her ‘furious’ husband. The couple threatened invigilation staff and the in-charge with dire consequences.

Senior college teachers intervened and made the two leave the hall.

City police have reportedly registered a case against the couple.
