PARACHINAR, Dec 20: Some political, religious and social figures of Kurram Agency have blamed the political administration of neglecting its duty by deputing non-combatant levy personnel to shift Al Qaeda fighters from Parachinar to Kohat prison.

They accused the Afghan refugees of helping the foreigners escape through a plan.

They said the tribesmen had extended all cooperation to the government in arresting the fighters when they crossed the border from Zeran area.

They demanded action against political authorities and said the refugees living in Arawali area should also be punished for their alleged help to the fighters.—NNI
