PML will sweep polls, hopes leader

By Our Correspondent

MANSEHRA, Dec 7: The general secretary of PML, district Mansehra, Gul Nawaz Khan Yousafzai, has said that the ex-prime minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sheriff was effectively monitoring the affairs of the PML from Saudi Arabia, and that the PML would make a clean sweep of the elections 2002.

He was speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the new office of the PML youth wing here on Friday.

He said that veteran politicians and party workers, who rendered sacrifices after the military takeover in October and before, have been ignored by the NWFP party high command.
