CDA tourney

ISLAMABAD, Nov 12: Punjab Club were Monday drawn to meet I-9 Club in the opening match of the CDA cricket championship starting at the CRA Ground Wednesday.

A total of 45 clubs affiliated with Islamabad Cricket Association are taking part in the championship which will continue during Ramazan.

The teams have been divided into the following groups:

Pool A: Asif Memorial, Punjab, I-9, Imran Memorial, Shalimar, Classic, Federal Gymkhana, Rawal Town, Al-Muslim, National and Services.

Pool B: Diamond, ITR, Al-Fateh, Mehran, CDA, All Youngsters, Najam Memorial, Noorpur, PBC, DG PO, Hawks.

Pool C: XI Star, Jinnah, Evan, Majid Memorial, Potohar Gymkhana, Ismail Memorial, NHA, PTCL, CRA, Lucky Star, Kings Gymkhana.

Pool D: Islamabad Gymkhana, Essco, Shaheen, Azam, Youngster, Muslim, SRO Youngsters, Hassan Memorial, Young Capital, Millat, PTV, Prince.
