KARACHI, Oct 29: A police constable, Muhammad Arif, who was found guilty of killing two children of a lady judge Rashida Asad on Monday filed an appeal in Sindh High Court, challenging the conviction awarded to him by an anti-terrorism court (ATC-III) Karachi.
On Oct 22, judge Arshad Noor Khan of ATC-III sentenced him to nine years RI.—PPI
