HYDERABAD, Oct 13: Following detailed discussions at a meeting of the Sindh University administration also attended by the principals of over 40 affiliated colleges, the controller of examinations of the university has announced the detailed examination schedule for BA/BSc/BCom/BSW/BSc (Home Economics) pass part-I, II and MA previous and final annual examinations of 2001.

All eligible candidates may apply on the prescribed form to be obtained from the office of the principal of concerned college from Monday on payment of Rs30 each.

The last date for receipt of the examination forms from the students in the colleges has been fixed as November 7. No examination form will be accepted after due date.

The candidate will pay examination fee through nominated branches of the Habib Bank in the shape of challan, signed by the principal or his authorised representative.

The candidates of BA (pass) part-II must mention their compulsory subject (Sindhi or Urdu) in the examination form clearly.

Original copy of pass/marks certificate of the last qualifying examination, four passport size photographs of male as well as female candidate attested by the principal, two attested photostat copies of NIC, an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs10 attested by an oath commissioner (for fresh candidates only), copy of enrolment card of BA/BSc/BCom/BSW/BSc (Home Economics) pass part-I and MA previous and eligibility certificate (in case the candidate has passed last examination from other than BISE Hyderabad/ University of Sindh) must be attached with the examination form.

Incomplete examination form shall not be accepted.
